1. Service Facilitation

ApplyPersonalLoans.com functions solely as an independent financial referral service and Independent Loan Agent. We connect prospective salaried applicants with partner banks and NBFCs. We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution.

2. Loan Approvals & Terms

All loan approvals, sanction limits, interest rates (starting from 9.99% p.a.*), and repayment tenures (12 to 84 months) are determined solely by our partner banks and NBFCs at their sole discretion based on applicant credit profile, CIBIL score, and employment stability. Interest rates mentioned on our website (such as 9.99% p.a.) are indicative. Interest rates may vary or be changed anytime by banks, and we do not guarantee the same interest rates mentioned on the website.

3. Fees and Charges

While our consultancy services are provided at zero direct cost to the borrower, the partner banks and NBFCs charge the following standard fees:

• Processing Fee: 0.5% to 2.5% of the total loan amount + GST, deducted directly from the disbursed amount by the bank.
• Foreclosure Charges: 0% to 4% (varies by partner bank) on the outstanding principal if the loan is prepaid before the end of the tenure.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. User information submitted via our online form, call, or WhatsApp is used strictly for evaluating loan eligibility and matching your profile with suitable partner lenders.
